We offer a 30-day return policy on items in original, unused condition. Returns are sent to our Hamburg, IL location. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval.

All gear is handmade to order with a processing time of 5–10 business days. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Estimated total delivery time is 10–12 business days plus crafting time.
